Didn't they know that 13 miles is still home turf to that old boy?
When Oklahoma released some elk near Spavinaw Lake, an old bull showed up on my place the next morning. 35 miles as the crow flies. He stayed around for several years 'til a neighbor complained about him chasing his cows away from their feed. Game department roped him, in the velvet, and he got away trailing the rope. Never seen again.

Sure hope that old feller he gets to live out his natural life, and doesn't get into trouble. Heck, he's just doing what comes natural, he's just thinkin' he's on to a better class of bee's living in condominiums instead of trees.BigSky56 wrote:This ol'boy has been roaming around here since 2007 he raided a Lady's bee hives down the road from me F&G trapped him and moved him 13 miles away tuesday, bet he was back for breakfast.
