Heard a news report last night that 80% of the giant cranes used to load/unload container ships were made in China. All computer-controlled, of course, communicating via the Internet and capable of being remotely operated. No way THAT is a security risk...right?

Anyone who thinks government is anything but incompetent at best should be committed to a mental institution.

Incompetent? Their plan to destroy America is running right on time. They are installing an army of enforcers right now.
Seems competent to me. They are the traitor class and we are the betrayed. It's in their script.

Actually NOT. The only opinion I care about is Jesus Christ's opinion. I don't care what anyone else says. The "theys" have the inferiority complex, not Jesus . . .

Read the book "One Second After" by William Forstchen.

It's about an EMP attack on the US and the aftermath of that. Chilling.

Latest -- AT&T says it was caused by a software update. Translation --- incompetence.

Never ascribe to malice anything that can be adequately explained by incompetence.

So I was blissfully unaware that I had lost service. Apparently it happened while most of the west coast was sleeping. In fact, had AT&T not sent me a text yesterday I would never have known.

However, I wouldn’t have really seen any ill effects. As I was home, and my phone is set to roll over to wifi calling if there’s no cell signal calls would have been VOIP, seamlessly.

I did notice that AT&T didn’t offer any sort of compensation or explanation in the text. Such is the modern world. People are so fixated on their phones that these things have invaded almost every facet of their lives.

I was in the airport waiting on my flight. Looking around there were 50 or more people there waiting. Me and one other old cowboy were the only people not looking at a phone.

I imagine that if cell phones went down for a day a great number of people would begin to suffer physical withdrawal. Might be fun to watch.
