I've had one since 1977 :wink: I have no idea what kind of glaze they used on this stuff.....There is no OSHA in ROK :shock:

Had kraut with chicken and apple sausage and grilled cheese sammies for dinner last night. Good eatin' right there!

PERFECT! I personally wouldn't worry about it, Koreans have been making kimchee in those things for over 500 years, if anyone was gonna die from it you would have heard about it by now. Now if it was made especially for the US market by the Chicoms then I would definitely avoid it. 8)

I confess , I sent Pitchy the Kraut :D Been making it for quite a while using my Grandmothers recipe . Pretty easy to do, 5# shredded cabbage and 3 TBLSP noniodized salt (canning salt) .
