OT - Midwayusa service

Post by bsaride »

I want to let everyone know that midwayusa.com service is outstanding.

I recently placed an order for a barrel vise, rosin and a camo seat.
The rosin was in a bag that broke in the shipping box (vise box slid inside
shipping box and tore the rosin bag) which then coated the camo seat.

I sent an email to customer service yesterday. They are sending in seperate
boxes replacement rosin and camo seat at no charge to me.

I think we should always promote companies that know the right thing to do
for their customers when a problem arises.

Way to Go Midway!!!

I bought a midway private label tumbler in 1984, Earlier this year it quit working, Midway replaced it free, even paid the shipping with a new one. Can't argue with the lifetime warranty they offer.

+1 for Midway always had great service. They sent me the wrong bullets I didn't realize until after handloaded them and tried to shoot them. they were supposed to be .41 caliber and they were .40 caliber. Anyway long story short. Refund no questions asked. I always got everything I ordered in a timely manner. Great to do business with.

Way to go Larry Potterfield. :D :D :D

+1 for Midway. Good service and product selection. My only complaint is that these days with everyone and their grandmother buying reloading stuff some of my orders are on backorder.

+1 for Midway. Talked to Larry Potterfield last year at the Tulsa show and told him I appreciated the fast shipping and great customer service. Got a "Thanks for your business" from the man himself.

What is this piddly "+1" stuff? They are a plus 10 in my book. I am always amazed by their fast shipping. There technical advice is great and fast. Finally, what they have done for the NRA has been a model for the industry. I always shop Midway first.

Excellent service, quick and dependable shipping, okay prices, best (most accurately searchable) website, great availability -
There are less expensive outlets, but Midway is where I always go first. I think by now I own some of their stock.

I understood +1 to mean "me, too", or, one more person agreeing with what was just said.

+1 I always get excellent service from Midway. I love catching stuff on sale (bought 2 tang sights on sale and saved $50). I saved big bucks on my reloading setup through their sales, discounts, and birthday discount.

I've had no trouble with Midway, nor with Grafs for that matter. If one doesn't have what I need in stock, I can go to the other.
