OT - New aquisition, EBD - no lever

Post by AJMD429 »

Evil Black Dog - without a lever (female)...

Image

Evidently she likes guns, too. 8)

No name yet. I'm voting for "Snowballs" or "Kitty"
  • "Snowballs" because she's black (I call our two white dogs "Midnight" and "Blackie") and she '...has-noballs...'

"Kitty" because it would be fun to call "Here, Kitty, Kitty, and have a 90 pound German Shepherd come running up to get the bad guy..."
Just so they won't get jealous, here's Midnight and Blackie when they were puppies...

Thanks for the post of MY puppy dad. I really don't know what to name her. I just can't decide. And like they say, the dog is supposed to pick the name....... :?

That's a good looking pup, and snowball would be a great name. The one book I've used is named"Training the Hunting Retriever" by Bill Tarrant. I know your dog isn't a retriever but this books covers all the basics plus the retrieving part. It also has a good section on "pup and gun". And who knows she may make a heck of a retriever.

Remember the old joke about the parrot telling the burglar that "Jesus is watching" and Jesus was the name of the guard dog?

Just a thought... :?
