SHOT show day 2 on GunBlast.com

Post by piller »

Jeff Quinn has more pictures posted. Here is the link for day 2.
http://gunblast.com/SHOT_2010_2.htm
and the link for day 3
http://gunblast.com/SHOT_2010_3.htm

Is it just me, or does the combination gun for .45 colt/.410 shotshell seem to be proliferating? Is there really that much of a market for it? I am just wondering. Anyone care to enlighten me?

piller,
I can not answer your question, but I have one for you.

Have you been saving your $ for a .44 magnum rifle to complement that .44 mag Ruger Super Blackhawk you will use on your pig hunt?
If so, I will be bringing my Ruger .44 mag carbine on the hunt, just in case any hunters want to buy a handy little hog blaster. :)

Anyone notice the Para-Ordnance LR300 has no buffer tube? I like that. There should be more of those.

No,
but that .45 Auto carbine is just the thing for what a lot of people use a shotgun for.

I like that gun safe with the rotary rack. I'd like to have one of them.

Give me an excuse to buy more guns ...... as if I needed one.

I find it amusing, that Mossberg's "announcing" the .22LR Model 464 levergun at S.H.O.T., when my local funshop's had them in stock since Christmas.

But, I DO like that 125th Anniversary Winchester High Wall, fer sure ! :P :P :P

I see Browning re-introduced their B78 single-shot rifle, too - but only with a 24" round bbl. :(
(I REALLY liked the 26" tapered octagon bbls on the original issue B78's)

I would imagine it's this one:

EMF's JR carbine is available in 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. Calibers are easily interchangeable by switching barrels and Glock-compatible magazines, and bolt/ejection port is switchable for left-handed shooters.
Rimfire, those Para-Ords are piston driven so no need for the buffer tube. That one appears to have a folding stock similar to the FN-FAL Paratrooper model or the AK74 variants.

I was noticing that about the .45/.410 revolvers myself. seems like a good way to hurt someone to me. Not to mention how big they are.
