OK, here in the Sheeples Republik it is against the law to bait while hunting .....

But, if a hunter bathes with this before hunting, could the hunter be accused of baiting ??

Illegal in parts of MI to put out food for deer -- needn't be for hunting purposes. Some overzealous enforcement agent ticketed a guy for putting out too much bird seed because it was attracting deer as well as songbirds.
