My daughter had a baby boy tonight at 7;32 pm 7lbs 31/2 oz 20 1/2 inch's long mother and son doing good.

Congratulations, I think the date begs that you buy him a happy "birth" day gift. "One 1911" Colt. And maybe his name should be Colt, John, Moses or Browning. While you are at it you might get one 1911 for yourself and one for his day as well to commemorate the day.

Of course CONGRATULATIONS! And of course some advice. Consider having him call you Pop. When he starts talking, he'll be saying HI POP! every time he sees you come in a room. Since it's so easy to say he'll have fun saying it to you......almost as much fun as you'll have hearing it.

On second thought, he'll probably come up with a name of his own picking!
