OT Holsters

Post by 765x53 »

About a year ago I was at Steve's Trading Post in Joplin and picked up a near mint Virginian Dragoon in .357.
I just now got around to making a holster and belt for it.
I also decided to make a holster for my Security Six that could accommodate the same belt.

Thankfully Steve's was not affected by the tornado.

Nice rig! Also two guns I have always wanted to own. I'm not a big .357 guy, but I do love the Security Six, and I've always wanted a Virginian Dragoon.

Real nice rigs! How do you like the Herrett grips on the Ruger security six?

I have Herrett's Shooting Stars on all of my Rugers
Natural pointing, ambidextrous, and recoil absorbing.
They give my single actions a feel similar to the Ruger Bisley but with a more repeatable hold.
