Boyd's stocks.............
Hi all, I know this is basically a levergun forum. But, I'm sure there are probably several who own one or more of the Marlin camp carbines in either .45 or 9mm. Over on the Marlin Owners forum under other Marlins there is a thread discussing getting Boyd's to make laminate replacement stocks for the carbines. It looks like this might happen sometime in November. If you are interested, please check it out, and also might check into Boyd's sight and let them know of your interest. The more interest shown, the better chance this will happen, and maybe even help lower the price an bit. Boyd's says projected cost for a semi-inlet stock right now looks to be in the $75.00 range, if there is enough interest to warrant tool up. Thanks.
