That would be a neat revolver to handle.

I like the Marlin 1881 for $90 to $100k (#1144)

(The Winchesters start at #1050 :D)

I have one of the W.D. King conversion revolvers. It is a Colt New Service. It is the only DA I have other than a Colt Detective Special I carry. It's in 44-40 and a blast to shoot. I carry it with an "El Tigre" Coyote hunting often. Both are a fun guns.

That auction has some really neat stuff....lookin at not shootin stuff. Pretty soon Model 94 AE in 375,356 & 307 will be in the same price range....Looked at Gun Brokers today & gave up quicker than usual. Markets out of control & maybe buying a Marlin 308 isn't as crazy as it sounds....might be the next success story like the 1895 Marlin series.....afish4570
