What kind of front sight is this?
Sure looks like it's on backwards to me.

It's a Marbles "Sheard" Gold bead sight, and it is on backward!

The sight is right, the rifle is backwards. :D

Looks like a nice old 25-35, but, I wonder what the box of 30-30's is doing there.----------6

LOL I guess the box of shells is fitting with a backwards sighted rifle. :lol:

It is backwards, but I'll bet that old rifle still shot just fine for the owner. The things you see, though, on some peoples' guns. It always amazes me.
