Howdy all,

I few months ago I picked up a 16" Puma M92 in 44 mag. Very fun little gun. Well I went to a gun show with a friend yesterday, really wasn't looking to buy anything but I saw a really nice 24" octagon barreled Rossi in 45lc. After some some haggling it came home with me. I saved enough to order dies and bullets. This one is marked Interarms and appears to be tapped for a tang sight. Anyone know what brand/part # tang sight might fit this rifle.

I the bluing looks good but I was thinking it might look good brown. Has anyone browned a gun lately? I did one about 25yrs ago and if i remember it looked pretty good. Heck I guess I will just shoot it for a while.

I think they will take the standard Winchester 1892 tang sights from Marbles or Lyman.

Glad to have you here. I'm another Rossi 92 owner/shooter.
Sincerely,

Hobie

The Lyman or Marbles SHOULD fit. Interarms was an early importer of Rossis. I have two Interarms carbines and an EMF/Rossi "Short Rifle". All well made and enjoyable guns.

I'm another Puma owner. Glad you found the site. You will undoubtedly enjoy it, and there are enough discussions and information postings to keep us all on our toes.
