On Thursday I had my annual cancer check to see if my bladder cancer had returned.
AND FOR THE 8TH YEAR IN A ROW.....NOTHING THERE SEE YA NEXT YEAR. This is from the dr who told me 13 years ago I would have my bladder removed within 10 years. Did I mention God is good.
I just had. To share. TOM

Good on you - CONGRATS ! !

When I first started treatment after I had a thyroidectomy, I was told that if I came clean after 5 years, all would be good & I wouldn't need further checking/testing.

THEN, about 4 years in (all clean), I was told that new research indicated perpetual annual checks - go figure.

I hope you continue cleaning your tests.

Congrats. Never faced that demon and pray I never will. Those who have faced it show a type of courage many do not have.
