That is a good price. It was $300 when I got mine in 1970.

I got mine for $150 in 1976. Back then u had to have atleast a police officer to help u sign up. My uncle was a DC police detective.

BEEN AN NRA MEMBER since 1958. I am a Benefactor Life Member now.
ALL of you should be sending them a hundred bucks a month....more or less as you see fit.

I joined in 1972 when I started competing in the Navy, upgraded to Life after I got out, then Benefactor, and lately, Patron. Both the Wife and son are Life members also. I agree with Terry!

I became a Benefactor 20 years ago. The NRA has compromisedin the past. I became a Life member of the GOA because they don't. Another reason I joined was because Janes books called it a terrorist org.
