One More Ruger SBH
I got this one several years back from a Forumite. 4 5/8" Bead blasted SS, Belt Mountain, new pawl, cyl work....the usual goodies. It's a real bucking bronco with stout loads.

I prefer the round trigger guard. Fun toys!
Re: One More Ruger SBH
This one does not "bite" my trigger finger like others do....Still, and all, when I reload for this, and my 629PP, I keep it on the light side. About 1000 fps regardless of the bullet weight.Chuck 100 yd wrote:I prefer the round trigger guard. Fun toys!

I'm just old-fashioned. I love the looks of a square-back, "Dragoon-style" trigger guard.
Now shooting one? That's a whole different matter!

When I was young (and stupid) I would load most of my rounds very hot. Being older and wiser now, I see now reason to routinely punish my guns - or my body!
