Radioactive Hogs are out of control

Post by FWiedner »

Just an interest piece...

"Radioactive boars are running wild and breeding uncontrollably in the northern region of Japan contaminated by the Fukushima nuclear disaster.

The animals have been devastating local agriculture and eating toxic, nuclear-contaminated food from around the accident site.

Mass graves and incinerators have been unable to cope with the quantity of boar corpses, shot by local hunters."

Sounds like a problem. Radioactive boars... Holy cow.

I wonder if they allow foreign hunters in for 'sport' herd reduction hunting?

:?:
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Incinerating them sounds like a bad idea- the ash and smoke will contain the bad isotopes

Hunting in Japan is legal though more restrictive than here except for our Manhattanites.

I KNOW firearms are so restricted that Japan's Olympic shooters have to use airsoft in-country. But, I sincerely appreciate you coming down off Olympus to correct us mortals.

Fascinating how their internal laws are so 'peaceful', given the atrocities at Nanking and elsewhere they have been infamous for...
