Question for NY residents about ammo

Post by Treeman72 »

Ever since Comrade Cuomo took office, and the failure of safety act passed, can you order ammo online? I haven't tried, so I'm just wondering if anyone has succeeded?

Since it's not illegal for them to ship it, and since they haven't implemented any way for anyone to do what the states wants in terms of compliance.... I believe there was at least one company who would still ship, but I'm no help on who that is. I'm registered as a reseller so it doesn't effect me.... in theory. Even with ze right papers getting companies to play along isn't easy, they don't want the fuss or the worry.
Slow is just slow.

Law says no, even if it's a gray area, no company I know of will consider it.

I use to live in NY, 18 years ago I moved -- if you're asking questions like this it's time to MOVE, vote with your feet... :)

 Washington used to be a very good state for the 2nd Amendment....give it a few more years, and it will be just like Kali....
Northern AZ is looking pretty good.
WY if I thought I could get used to winter again.

You don't have to get used to winter. 6 months in Wyoming, 6 months in Southern Arizona. Works for us. :D
