Amica Insurance Company has been denying coverage to gun owners - especially CCW permit holders.

My current insurance company has never questioned if I was a gun owner, and has no such problem.

That thread was started April of 2010 with the final post just recently. Kind of old news.

Agreed that the OPs link goes back a while, but the insurance businesses continue their attack on firearms/owners/users. The anti-firearm attitude of some insurance company's is nothing new, which you can see from OP's link.
Here is something else to consider: - https://kiwigunblog.wordpress.com/2018/ ... -shooters/
Read the announcement carefully and understand the implications - not good. Also note that it is their Global Policy.
In case you are puzzled by the link, I subscribe to a number of forums and this one was the first to announce the new "Global Policy" of QBE. You will also need to look past the the fact that QBE is an Australian (Queensland) insurance company.
But, with a little bit of googling you will discover that they have very long tentacles, even into the US, and not necessarily under the name QBE! https://www.google.com/search?client=fi ... 56&bih=882
Time to reassess any business you may be doing with QBE or ANY of its subsidiaries.
