It isn't a right if the government can restrict it. The Bill Of Rights is a pretty simple document. If only the government would abide by it things would be much better. The problem is, about two seconds after the elected and appointed officials swear to uphold and defend the Constitution they violate their oath. What we need is a statute that requires the removal from office of any official on federal, state or local levels that violates their oaths.
