Rossi 92 .357 lever , and a cz pcr 9mm

It has been a long time coming. No doubt the ATF will file an appeal, its not like they have to pay for it

I just don't see how an agency can make a "law" without congress voting on it.

Dumbing down public education for a few generations also helped... :evil:
