Re: Any thoughts on the Kel-TEC KSG SG?

With two tubes and a selector, you can go from buckshot or slugs to birdshot with a flick of a switch. Keel feature. And it's ambidextrous. 6.8 pounds empty. Add another pound fully loaded. Price on gunbroker is going from 750 to 900. In my local shops, 900-950.

Any thoughts on the Kel-TEC KSG SG?

Had one in my hands tonight. It's not Casastahle Parker girl or 6-pt sikas 10 bore but I was impressed. Ergonomics nice, compact, light, 12+1 in 3inch, 14+1 in 1/4 inch shorter ammo. Seems like a nice tool for a camp long gun. I didn't think much of them until I had one in my hands and now I keep th...

How about a .22 mag six gun and get closer to the grouse?

The ruger ss bearcat with adjustable sights, in 22lr would be a great going fishing gun. What part of the country are you in?

New to me. Hopkins and Allen deluxe 22lr falling block

I love a single shot 22 for chasing small game in Penn's woods. Saw this one on the Internet and had to add it to my collection. 26 inch barrel. Nice wood. Hope to get it out in the woods next week to put some lead down range.

Re: Taylors Chiappa Alaskan Takedown 357 Mag Rifle 16" ?s

I ended up with a couple of Marlin TD's that were made by Lee Hadaway for a gun shop in the south that are awful nice, but have the 20" barrel on each. They are also not in the caliber that you are looking at Mike, but I sure like them. The Chiappa has the caliber, barrel length and finish goi...

Re: Taylors Chiappa Alaskan Takedown 357 Mag Rifle 16" ?s

I had WWG do a takedown of a .44 and it just wasn't the cats meow I thought it was. I had the co-pilot from them in 45-70 and that was pretty darn near perfect for the time. I'm thinking the .357 would serve my needs just as well here on this coast and would make a nice companion piece to the side a...
