Thanks, 1894. The foot of snow that was on the ground is gone now (rain & warmer weather). I'm set-up with a ground blind this year. Have only seen does (some biguns') & a couple of spike bucks so far. I don't shoot the does, because they keep the bucks around :D :D . I'm out there daily.......

With the 24" barrel, I think that is a 336A model. I have a 1952 336A that is very accurate with Speer & Hornady 170g, as BTB .323"-170g cast.

Bridgestone Duelers on my Toyota Tundra and have gotten 62K miles (twice). At 130K miles, the Tundra is still running strong....hope to get 200K miles.

I cant figure out what my 1895 cowboy is... It doesnt have either a REP or a JM in the barrel, just a strange squiggle thta looks kind of like a sail. I stopped smoking 15 months ago. 40 year habit, 1.5 packs/day. I chomped on the gum until my jaws hurt. This was a tough thing to do, but I feel better. Put on a LOT of weight that I now need to start getting rid of...not gonna' be easy.
