Had a good hunt for Wt. and wild hog last wk. and was lucky enough to take a nice Wt. buck with my old 1876 Winchester 40/60 cal.The buck was shot here in West Tx. at about 110yd. hit low in the chest . At the shot he sprang up ran about 30yd. and went down for good. My load for this hunt was a 210g...

I would suggest you check the rifling twist as bullet selection might be easier. My 35 Whale does it's best with the 225 Noslers and with 250s not so much.
