Dastook, How's the trigger on your new Rossi? I guess it can't be too bad with such good results out of the box. I've been thinking about the same rifle in 45LC at my local Big 5. Bob A The pull is real crisp and clean however it is pretty heavy. I havn't checked it but I would say about six to sev...

OT-Old Knife
I’m a knife nut too. This old knife was my dad’s. When my dad was a young boy, circa 1925, he would stop at the town blacksmith shop when walking home from school. This was in Bear Lake Valley, Idaho. He would help the blacksmith “turn the forgeâ€

Tried out my new LSI Rossi 92, .357 today. This is off a bench, factory open sights at 100yds. I loaded 158gr. Speer JSP over 14.7gr. 2400. Actually the first three I shot at 100 yards are the three that are touching. I should have stopped there cause the last two sailed a little. All in all I am we...

Has anyone loaded this bullet for .357 rifle? Just wanted to make sure it was safe for rifle magazine loading. It has a flat point, but the jacket comes right up to the rim of the lead.

POLITICS - Cheney goes against Bush
WASHINGTON — Vice President Cheney took the unusual step Friday of joining with lawmakers in signing a Supreme Court brief that goes further in support of gun rights than the one submitted by the Bush administration. The filings were made in a case that challenges the District of Columbia's ban on...

Its all about the judges. We may not like McCain very much. He was certainly not my first choice. He does have a good chance to win since he is a centrist, and we cannot afford liberal judge setbacks. We cannot afford to loose the 3 judge spots that are likely to come up this next term. So please. ...

Universal sling for Leverguns???
Is there such a thing as a sling that is easily detachable and then easily attached again on another similar rifle? What I am looking for is to buy just one good one that can be used on a variety of rifles without a great deal of hassle to attach and detach. This would be for rifles that I don’t w...

All right you guys, after twenty seven years of marriage this forum might make me a bachelor. Spencer: A Levergun??
Do you'll consider a Spencer a levergun? It has a reloading magazine and works with a lever. Coarse you do have to cock a hammer. There were more Spencers produced and sold than all the early Winchesters combined. (1860 Henry, 1866, 1873, 1876, 1886)
