If I remember right, it was a .370, but I chose the height to match the Smith Full Buckhorn rear sight. I use the full buckhorn like a rear peep sight.

The Howard Leight electronic earmuffs are good quality, easy on batteries and have one controller that works both sides. They are flat and compact too. I like them a bit more than my older-model Peltor's, for those very reasons, but with any model, the newer ones are better than most any other mode...
