Few Marlin Lever pics
Posted this back on Leverguns, but because of the problems its been having, I'll post them here.
Finally took some pics that turned out decent, so I thought I'd post'em.
Left to Right: Marlin 1893 in 38-55, Marlin 1893 in 32-40, Marlin 93 "Eastern Carbine" in 30-30, and a Marlin 1889 in 38-40.
Marlin 1881 in 45-70.
Left to Right: Marlin 1894 in 25-20, and a Marlin 1892 in 22lr
Finally took some pics that turned out decent, so I thought I'd post'em.

Far be it from me to put words in your mouth. But, those are the same ol' arguements. A rattly ol' Winchester just balances better. To me. But, pretty pictures are impressive. Actually it's the new Winnies that rattle like loosie goosies. My older ones are nice and tight.So you could almost say how much easier they are to take down for cleaning? Almost say how they don't rattle around like an old Winnie? Razz
It's the Marlins that don't sound right .
And you don't need to take the Winchester 94s apart for cleaning unless you drag them through the mud. All the dirt, grit and junk usually just falls out the bottom .
