Hey everyone...joined a few weeks ago then got busy with the holidays...

So, I just wanted to say hi and submit that I'm the proud owner of a Winchester Model 1894 lever action chambered for 30WCF that is a top eject circa 1977...and that it's my favorite rifle for hunting deer here in Pennsylvania...

Hello from western PA.40 miles east of Pittsburgh.WELCOME!

I see a barrel kit with the 30 barrel and a new forend and mag tube at gun parts for $299.00 1/2 round 1/2 octagon!

sharp outfit ill get one some day.

Welcome to the forum... I'm sure you'll find it's one of the best on the net. Pa here also, formerly in Berks Co (Reading area) now Northern Columbia Co.

What loads do you use to hunt with? Do you handload - shoot cast bullets? Got any pics of your deer conquests?

glad to you, been here a short while myself, seems like a good bunch of people. I fish the Genesee river about a mile from the Pa line every april 1st, Shango is the small town, nice country, friendly people.

welcome! if we get enough pennsylvainians gathered here, perhaps we could pettion the game commision to include pistole caliberd leveractions in shotgun,muzzleloader only management units. they do it in Illionois, WHY NOT IN PENNA.?
