Marlin 1897 Century Limited commemorative ?
I have located a mint Marlin 1897 Century Limited commemorative with gold inlays.(Correct me if I am wrong)When Marlin made the 1897 Century Limited commemorative in 1997 only 100 had gold inlays for employee purchase? The seller wants $900 is this a good price?

I would say so, since (first) the basic model isn't even seen very often, and when seen at all, disappears very quickly for $750.-800.
$150 more, for a factory inlaid model ? A no-brainer, for me.

The employee models are rarely seen, and the last NIB one I saw went for $1200 pretty fast.
