EAA/Baikal O/U combination guns?

Post by awp101 »

Any feedback on these? I found one NIB in 12ga over 6.5x55.

I have no idea what PRACTICAL application I'd have for it but it looks and feels good...

I have a Biakal 12 Ga. O/U shotgun. The workmanship is very good, the stocks are plain. Price was way less than most any O/U out there.

Thanks!

I'm still trying to figure out if I have a practical use for it or not. I've put the kibosh on buying anything just because it's cool, a good deal or a caliber I don't have to start from scratch stocking/reloading. This one hits the trifecta but still...

Make sure you hold the gun you want to purchase in your hands.
I've seen some that were a little too rough for my liking and others that were good (not great)
This suggests quality control is somewhat inconsistent.
Otherwise they would make a great predator rig for calling!!

Held this one in my hot little hands and as a fan of the Kalashnikov, Russian fit, finish and QC are no strangers to me...
