Take Walla-Walla sweet onions sliced 1/4 " and cover the bottom of dutch oven( 12 or 14" ), put in miss piggie (any cut) and many small russets or small reds. Dump in two cans(1 can and 1/2 can water if 10 " oven )creme of mushroom soup and 1 can water cook w/top and bottom coals (fir or pine in Idaho, so you would have to use discretion w/ hard woods)for 2 to 4 hours depending on how often you change coals or if out hunting you can put top and bottom coals and bury w/ dirt and come in after dark and it'll have to be scooped out because it just falls all apart. If not to hungry, the last 45 minutes put in carrots on top . Serve w/ holandaise sauce
