FINALLY - PRIMERS!

Went with my wife to Bi-Mart here in town. They finally got their primers in. 9 months out! They are priced about $3.50-4.00 a box. Their sign says due to the large demand you can only by a maximum of 4,000 from them. Per trip, per day, per person ???

You know I think you may be right. 4000 didn't sound right. Oh well, I'm still OK. I have been quite ill and haven't been reloading since last summer. I had a small stash before then and I should be able to reload a few hundred rounds before I run out. Thanks for the correction.

The gun shows have plenty now. Went to Albany a week ago, and all the primers were in stock at around $35 per thousand.

My local Bi-Mart had a ton of Alliant powders, on the shelf today......all flavors. No other brands and no primers.

Small and large rifle are plentiful around Central Illannoy. You can find some large pistol, but dang few small pistol. Prices are 30-32 dollars.

That's interesting but I have to ask, How is your stock around where you live in Central Illinois?

Show this past weekend had primers priced at $40 per K, no exceptions I could find. They were mostly Winchester brand, though I saw a few CCI and some off brand I've never seen before in a white box.

I sure hope that $40 isn't the 'new normal' price.

I just bought some two weeks ago for 34 per 1k. Powder was 19 and they had every kind under the sun stocked (Bass Pro, I've never heard of Bi-mart).
I think they are just taking advantage of the demand to make an extra $6 on you guys.

I paid $38.50 per thousand less 10% for mine last Sat.
