YellaFella - Just for fun
I do not know if everyone has seen the YellaWood Yella Fella TV commercials or not. YellaWood has a running western series of TV commercials. For anyone who has not seen them they are available for viewing online at http://www.yellafella.com/index.php.
I thought it would be fun to name all the guns used in the series. You can review them online at the link above.
At first glance I thought the old man's levergun was tube fed, perhaps a 454 puma.

Hey, don't be dissin' Sarah...goes against my grain. I'm really pining for her....she maple my heartstrings until it breaks. I hope I don't lose her as she's a very poplar gal. I'll go out on a limb and say she'll leaf the other fellas along and stick with me.

Alright Blaine and slimster. I was smiling as I read all that. But when Blaine wrote, "...and stick with me", I laughed out loud! LOL! Y'all crack me up!

I hear you, Bogie. I don't know why Blaine chose toothpick on me tonight. Maybe he was just twigging out. I guess we ought to consider forming a splinter group!Bogie35 wrote:Alright Blaine and slimster. I was smiling as I read all that. But when Blaine wrote, "...and stick with me", I laughed out loud! Well of course I see the 1892 and the Peacmakers. Dont know what kind of long gun the bad guy carries.
In a country of anti-gun politics everywhere its good to see a guy who obviously loves westerns making these fun commercials which display guns and good old fashion fun westerns.

Aye matey, forgive me for branching off topic. I wouldn't want to driftwood I? Please don't make me walk the plank over acorn-y pun or two!Griff wrote:Blaine/Slimster,

Jimmy Rane lives about 25 miles east of me, and I know at least one person that personally knows him. From all accounts he is an alright guy and definitely an astute business man.
