Congratulations on your success, your freezer is getting full, almost set until next season. Best wishes towards tagging a buck.
Snow is pretty, last time I was in that stuff was the winter of '81-'82 during my brief stay in central Idaho. Strangely enough I enjoy the cold, I have inherently good circulation so can tolerate the cold. I used to walk to the local mini-mart a block away through the snow wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and rubber slippers (too lazy to bundle up). Locals called me "the crazy Hawaiian" for some reason.

A bad weather day outside is still better than a good day stuck in a cubicle. Congrats.

I am happy for you. We got only rain and I saw no deer, in the woods, saw three in town! At least I got to enjoy myself without having to work afterwards...

Days like that is just perfect for your wool, anything less & you would have been home

Well done mike. I saw turkeys and some deer yesterday but no shots taken. Maybe thurs - sat will bring more success. Hunting with the sharps and black powder cartridges, reminiscent of ScottT and Big Nose Kate. enjoying the time off from work and the hunting and being outdoors. Got lots to do to catch up to your success this year though. Blessings

Up here in NW PA we had snow on the ground until about noon on Monday. Didn't help me out at all though. I saw two doe run through but my doe tag is for another WMU. No bucks to be had that day. We'll see what happens this weekend.
The time has come to stand for all we believe in.
