Can`t have to many commodes

Post by Pitchy »

Kid size as my fat you know what won`t fit between those uprights.
Have a chamber pot coming that slides in a track in the back.

Whose job is it to empty the pot?

The first house I lived when I moved out of Mom's house had a two seater outhouse. I never did figure out why.

Pitchy,
When I was a kid, we had a summer house out on one of the coastal islands here and it had one very similar to that in a small upstairs bedroom. It looked like it was sized for a child or a small backside at the least, (maybe people were smaller then). I never used it, but I do remember that a "thunder jug" could save you a cold dark walk some nights. Morning chores weren't so nice after you used it though!

Why build a crapper whereupon the fundament of your person don't fit?

I dunno, but sounds like poor planning to me...

Why, milady's chambermaid!
The first house I lived when I moved out of Mom's house had a two seater outhouse. I never did figure out why.
So Mr. & Mrs. could each have their own seat. Heaven forbid there ever be any double occupancy tho'! :P :P

It's fun to spoil the grand-kids but lets don't go too far, make sure you put it near a wasp nest and an old sears catalog.

We used a 5 gal bucket on the fishing boats a couple hundred days per year. We did not have the sawdust solution nor the compost pile, but for the landlocked here's the best info I know of.

This works great in a van or tent or just plain out there.

I know I know, but I'm not limber enough or shaped correctly to hang it over a log any more.......

That is pretty handy, Pitchy. When I was a kid, we had no plumbing in the house, so all we had was a biffy outin the bush, and a 5-gallon pail with toilet seat on top of it. Your's looks much nicer.
