"Morrissey stated he could not “morally be on a television program where the cast members of ‘Duck Dynasty’ will also be guests.” He added “as far as my reputation is concerned I can’t take the risk of being on a show alongside people who, in effect, amount to animal serial killers.”
So Duck Dynasty created a "vegan" commercial for their new "carrot call".
Kimmel said Morrissey gave him an ultimatum, saying the comedian had to choose between him and the cast of the A&E show.
“While I respect his stance on this-- I really do— there’s a very good reason why I didn’t dump the “Duck Dynasty” guys for Morrissey,” Kimmel said on the air. “It’s because they have guns, and Morrissey doesn’t.

Artist/Activist, Actor/Activist, whatever... I thought that the Duck Dynasty Carrot Calls and the Brocolli cup was pretty funny. If someone wants to be a vegetarian or a vegan or whatever, fine, just stay out of my face with it. As for myself, the more rare red meat, the better.
We don`t get Duck D here but seen it on the road in a motel, very funny and cool, wish they were my neighbors.

I had to think a minute before I could remember who Morrissey was... oh yeah, that whiny little pansy all the depressed girls listened to when I was in HS.... Can't say as I've ever watched Kimmel's show (or even know who he is ) but it sounds like he made the smart call on that.
Seems like the Rolling Stones have defied aging as well as any rockers can, I'm guessing an aged Morrissey will just become a sadder and sadder spectacle as the years go by...

With yer beard you'd fit right in with the boys down in Louisiana. Maybe you should send 'em a picture and a bio of yerself. Who knows, maybe they'd invite ya down for a visit. Do you have any camo to wear? That Louisiana crawfish is mighty tasty.

Don't remember ever seeing Kimmel's show, but I miss Carson. He was funny and I still don't know what his politics were. In an entertainer, I truly respect that trait of just being entertaining and not political. I haven't watched Duck Dynasty, but my son has and says it is funny. I will have to try to watch it sometime.

Great show, Phil was the starting quarterback in college. Terry Bradshaw was actually his back up. Phil turned down the NFL, 'cause it interfered with duck hunting.

Maybe you could start yer own show up her in the north. Maybe you could call it 'Gettin' itchy with Pitchy in Minnesoooota' or perhaps, 'Moose Majesty'

I bought an Original Duck Commander at their booth at the St. Louis sport show more years ago than I like to think about. Phil was a hoot to talk to, only thing better would be to get to hunt with him. Those folks really know how to talk duck. Jimmy Kimmel? Not sure who he is, but at least he stuck with the duckers.
