Some burgers coming up!

Post by Nath »

Only seven birds today, wood pigeon coming in onto wheat.Thats all I got from a dozen or more shots......not much happening on me just yet. Should do a little better when I have some stubble to look over!

Never mind...they were quality and should make a ten burgers for someone.

Just used my 870 20g but did take my muzzleloader just in case but it never breathed fire today!

Pulled BBQ Squill is one of the best things a man can eat.

I suppose that Ledge Vulture would be a solid Urban Equivalent...

What I was thinking...

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Any spices used?

Half an onion, chilli powder and cayenne. A little sage. Hot n' spicy these are.

Tia was in the shade cooling down after retrieving. I clipped her hair today...she likes that.

I used to like Woodpigeon roasted with bacon, I guess I'll have to try it in burgers, sounds a lot easier to prepare... 8)

Gamekeeper our ole' friend.....I drop a half onion in the the food blender with the knieves in the blender and add what ever spices I want.... these had chilli and cayenne pepper and a little sage.....chop all that up and then add the meat and chop that up in the blender untill paste like.
I the spoon it out onto parchment paper squares and pat them flatish around 1/2"-3/4" thick. Best cooked in a pan with alittle oil.

Hows that?
