A few years ago I did a Cull on a State Park.

This Cull is ALWAYS protested by the local Tofu & Sprout skeletons.

Anyway, I went out and whacked a couple of does mos tic in the morning, and had them hung until I could retrieve them at the end of the day/hunt.

When I stopped off at the F&G station to pick up my carcasses they asked me how I was hauling them (they didn't want to agitate the protesters)

I proceeded to put 2 adult does into the back of a 1997 Ford Escort station wagon and cover them in such a way as that no one could tell w/o opening up the car.

Oddly enough this disturbed the Fishy Game Cops...

"you've carried bodies this way before..."...

My only reply... "well... this IS Gary IN/Chicagoland..."

Amazing what one can get away with...

But here is one of the best all around sporting vehicles available today.

But here is the one I think I find most stirring and interesting.

Yes I'd say that one most certainly would do !

How you realize if you get any nice old BRITISH side by sides you'll also need a Rolls or Bentley convertible from about the same time period 8)

There is just WAY TO MANY cool old jeeps and big expedition rigs in this thread for me to realize how low I have set my goals. I need to step it up and will gladly accept most if not all the others in this thread as my new dream hunting rig. BIG THUMBS UP!

In my OP for this subject I stated that a full size truck is my preference towards a hunting vehicle and in the strictest sense it still is. But dang am I gonna have fun with my newly acquired 1998 Cherokee. Aftermarket support abounds and I'm already on the bandwagon. It may have coyotes and coon hanging from the roof and deer across the hood but it should make for some interesting looks. :D

If I were to become loaded I think I'd NEED the following vehicles !

1. Cheverolet 2500 or 3500 4x4 4 door Silverado with a diesel engine

2. Mercedes Benz CL-550 Coupe

3. Porsche Cayane

5. 1968 Camaro Z-28

6. 1928 Packard Convertible with rumbleseat and golf bag door

7. 1948 Jeep CJ-2A

8. 1964 Jeep Cj-5

9. Kawasaki Tyrex

10. Pair of Kawasaki 750 Brute Force ATV's

11. Bass Pro Shop Grizzly 1860 Boat with motor and trailer setup preferrably about an 80 horse motor

That would be enough for in the USA !

In the Philippines I would need

1. Toyota HiLux 4x4 4 door

2. Toyota Fortuner 4x4

3. Mercedes Benz 320E

4. Kawasaki Brute Force 740 ATV
Parkers , Mannlicher Schoenauer’s , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines !

Had a friend back in the day that swore the best off road hunting
vehicles were pre 64 VW bugs. Used roof racks for game.

Very true... But in today's world of hunting accessories,
such as climate controlled blinds & four wheelers to
get to them. A good comfortable pair of 'YK' slippers
will do just fine. :D

You gotta go with the top one. The bottom one needs fuel, and then you have to clean up the "used" fuel.
