Loading 45 Colt for Win 94 AE

Post by oldmax »

I see different load data for the 45 Colt.

Normal loads, and also Load data for " Ruger and Marlin "

Is the Ruger/Marlin data acceptable for the WIN 94 AE

Why yes it is :D
The above posted article is a great read. You would be amazed what the old colt will do from a rifle (on both end) with heavy loads.

Ruger means "Ruger Blackhawk" - a very stout pistol. --

Marlin means Marlin rifles - which are essentially the same as Winchester rifles in strength.

If you see something that says Marlin only - you better check the specs and make sure your Wini is as stong.

Hope that helps...
