Cool combo especially US made. Never did figure out why the squeeze lever instead of a normal trigger.

Squeeze trigger was so the gun could be fired with mittens on in frigid weather also in case the user might of somehow damaged his hand in an accident .

So the gun can be fired while wearing (very) cold weather mittens, w/o first removing same - a military (USAF, IIRC) requirement when they were first designed for military/Pentagon procurement.
IIRC, the earlier versions had 14" barrels in .22Hornet & .410, along with a bolt-action single shot/barrel survival gun in .22 Hornet.

I have one of the CZ built ones in Hornet/.410.
Amazingly good shooter with either barrel. My oldest grandson (now 15) started out shooting hand thrown clay birds with it when he was 7, and he still thinks it's the coolest gun ever. Guess I should put his name on it.
