I'll have a burger and fries now and again, but I limit it to once a week. I've totally cut out sodas, baked goods, ice cream, etc. Walking more, working out longer, etc. So far, I'm down 20 lbs since Sept 2007.

They look like animal burgers. Best burger places there are: no freezers, microwaves, heat lamps in any In-and-Out Burger place, just use fresh food. Grow their own cows, have their own trucks, all family owned since day one. My daughter worked there in high school, they treat their people really well.
