Called them today to see about getting some work done but was informed that they are going out of business .Another good one down the drain-they are out of parts.I wish them luck in whatever they do,the lady I talked to was polite and informative something you do not always get anymore.

Most of my scopes are Tasco or Weaver, or Bushnell, and I've not had any trouble with any of them. They aren't expensive, but they show me what I need to see, and get the job done.

They'll Be Back
Hold your breath long enough and they'll be back. The Weaver name goes down and comes back up often. The actual Weaver company has been out of business for a long time - kinda like Redfield.
Weaver was a part of Meade.....the telescope/microscope company, but
they're now part of ATK.............just the mounts though.

Here's a repair service I have heard about.

Re: weaver scope repair
FYI Weaver isn't going out of business someone isn't telling you the truth it was purchased by ATK from Meade Instruments in Irvine,CA and Redfield was purchased by Leupold !model55 wrote:Called them today to see about getting some work done but was informed that they are going out of business .Another good one down the drain-they are out of parts.I wish them luck in whatever they do,the lady I talked to was polite and informative something you do not always get anymore.
