Re: Different Lever gun...
For a company with only 11 employees they sure make a lot of firearms, are you sure these are not imported from Turkey?

Quick search, from The Firearm Blog
"While the aluminum receivers are made in the USA, the barrels are made in Turkey and exported by Huntgroup."
Which is not a bad thing, Turks are turning out some really good stuff.

The Turks are also churning out a lot of trash, pretty looking but trash.

Re: Different Lever gun...
They make a big deal about having left handed firearms and then don't have any. But they will sell you something else.

There is a few reviews on Youtube about them, mainly from Australia shooters. Look interesting, a 20 or 28 gauge would be fun especially if you could get a rifled barrel and shoot some saboted bullets.
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Re: Different Lever gun...
Sorry for being a Grumpy old man but as I find that "Different Lever Gun" interesting I looked up the website and did not see a reference stating in was made in the USA. The wood gives it a to me Turkish look but unless they state where it's made I get suspicious, it could even come from China for all I know. Like I said earlier according to their website they have 11 employees yet turn out quite a few different firearms. Where ever they are made I wish them well, it's always good to see new designs coming on the market.
Thank you bringing it to my attention.

Re: Different Lever gun...
I really appreciate the OP. Hadn't seen these before. YouTube reviews seems largely very positive. They are a pump action converted to lever actuation. Shoot 2 3/4 and 3 inch shells. Most firearms manufacturers are getting some parts or guns made in Turkey, they offer a lot of craftmanship at a fair price. Turkey is well known for shotguns in particular. I have a break barrel air gun in 30 caliber that is made in Turkey with Turkish walnut. For a "springer" it is the most powerful of its kind. It is surprisingly well made. -Tutt
