My "babies" are turning 40 just next month, November 16. Virtually identical girls. Trust me Paul, you said it would "be awhile" before you put a lever gun in their hands. Well, it won't be very long at all,-------- till their 40.

I was always told that children are a means to grandchildren! I'm enjoying my kids so much now I can't imagine having grandkids in the future will be better. Then again, mine haven't gone through their teenage years yet!
Congratulations! May they grow healthy and strong, handsome and wise, and use that wisdom to make the world a better place for their grandchildren. May they continue to make you and your family proud their entire lives.
Well guys, just got back to town from a week up in the "basin of pollution" - otherwise known as Bogotá. We had a meeting with other leaders from churches in other parts of Colombia and then one of "our girls" got married, first via civil ceremony and then I got to snivel through the church wedding. Second time I've been privileged to marry off one of the girls - first a niece and now one of the young'uns we had in our home for a few years. I glad we've no girls of our very own - I'd probably make a complete fool of myself trying to get through marrying one of them off. Anyway, I digress.
Thanks for all the well wishes. The proud papa keeps e-mailing us new pics. Seems like the young uns don't sleep through the night at this point in their lives. Kind of remind me of someone I know when he was young. Anyway, we're looking forward to seeing them - next summer the Lord willing. Being an international family ain't easy but such is life.
