Prayer Request - My Great Uncle has passed...

He went early this morning around 0600. He was an Iwo Jima Marine, a great father, husband, and businessman. He will be missed. I now add him to my growing list of people for which I wish I had made more time. Semper Fi and God bless, Uncle Parker.

Deepest sympathies and condolences to your family. I do know what you mean about making more time, my eldest sister and I were just talking about that on the phone yesterday, we both wishing we had made more time for our dad, more quality time, I still had hundreds of questions to ask him about his WWII adventures in New Guinea, The Philippines, and the early years in occupied Japan, I thought I had all the time in the world but was sadly mistaken, I'd give ten years of my life to have him back for just a day. Miss you every day Dad.
