Anybody missing a set screw?

Post by Old Ironsights »

When I was cleaning the range I found a tiny set screw on the platform right near where I had the tripod set up for the photo.

Doesn't go in any of my guns (so far as I can tell). I'll get a pic tonight...

If I had been there I would claim it. I've had a screw loose for years...

you are one Good Samaritan to go to so much trouble to find the rightful owner. I only hope he/she appreciates it when you locate them.

OI,

It's not mine. I checked all my shooters and all parts and pieces are present and accounted for.

I didn't loose one there this time, but I did back at the November shoot. It was round head with allen wrench socket and small plastic washer. Came out of the scope mount for my SKS. No big deal, I pulled the scope off, and after shooting this past Sunday with the irons, I don't plan on putting the scope back on.

Not sure what it could be off of.... But I'm pretty certain it wasn't there before the shoot.

OI,

It looks like the screw my Redding #3 powder measure uses to keep the plastic hopper in.
That screw measures; .1358" x .241".

Nope, it's still on the loading bench where I left it. Isn't mine.
