Anyone know what year Marlin began chambering the .35 Rem? What model? Vall you out there? Thanks. 1886.

I'd be interested in seeing if Marlin would verify a 1949 "F" code M336 as originally being shipped as a .35 Remington, although it could be right, and not a rebarrel job - since, although 1950 was the intoduction date of the .35 caliber in the Model 336, it was first cataloged in the second version of the 1949 catalog, which came with a February, 1950 retail price list.
