Vicious stick snakes, Scary pine cones, bad attack stones

Post by Mike-in-WV »

Took a walk out back just before dark and took my 30-30 trapper and a box of 170 gr. Federals with me and it's a good thing I did! There they were ,laying right in the lane leading to the woods behind my work shop. They were everywhere. BIG and small Stick Snakes, Big bad Pine Cones and hard *** Sand Stones just lurking in the shadows and just waiting to attack me as I walked by. But I got them all with my trusty Trapper before they could nail me! Every now and then I like to walk around my place and get rid of these mean and ugly things before they multiply to much. It was 70 here today and a perfect evening to go plinking for these critters  What a great way to end a beautiful day in the mountains! Mike

It's a hard scary job to clear WV of these monsters but someone has to do it. I'm sure there are some in your areas too. You just have to go find them but remember the only thing that will slay them is a LEVER GUN! :)

The 30-30 is good for stick snakes and such, but I feel a lot better with a 45/70 when tree gnomes and bush goblins are in the area. Remember the thread awhile back about the jack-a-lope attacks? Scary stuff!!

I think I know what a sex stone is, but I would be reluctant to commit it to print.

Just one of the reasons I like 170 gr. Federal or Winchester for Sticksnakes and any other critters. This is what 170gr, Federal soft point RN bullet looked like after taking off the head of a sticksnake and burying itself in 8" of dirt and stones. Mike
