I find ANZI rated safety glasses with "cheaters"( reading lenses) built- in at places like Tractor Supply and other industrial stores.

Paid less than $10 for the last pair. Safety glasses are cheap insurance.
always press the "red" button--- it's worth the effort and the results can be fun

+1 on the cheaters. Lowes had em for a while after I made a bunch of phone calls tryin to get em to handle em. Then "poof" gone.

Wow. Pics of her eyes. I gotta stay away from her blog. She keeps just enough secrecy to be really addictive.

RE GLASSES:

I wear Starlite from Gateway. They are less than $2, come in clear and colored, and they have a 9.75 base curve which allows me to wear them all day without fatigue.

Anybody who runs through the woods in the dark quickly learns the value of eye protection. The only way you can learn faster is if you are about 5-6 feet behind somebody else while you both run through the woods.
