YK's Posting Again ....
I picture a guy in traction hanging upside down holding a laptop ... posting away. The painkillers seem to be taking the edge off of our most prolific poster ... he's hitting us with the one liners. Still, here he is, posting away. You'd better keep it to minimum ... lest your wife administer a marital beat down per doctor's orders.
Good to have you back. I hear the surgery itself is the easy part of back surgery ... it's the rehab that everyone hates.

...but if he's in traction and upside down, how will he take pictures of his slippers...!

What's wrong with upsidedown? It just may have given him an even more twisted view of the world...just what we need..........too!

If his next photo has pictures of his wifes slippers I think I'll bust a gut.

Welcome back YK! Hope you have a good night Amigo, and get on your feet soon. If not, I will have to send you what I threatened to send to Terry Murbach.
All the prayers you can muster for Paco boys.....sure he too is on alot of hearts and minds here.

Re: YK's Posting Again ....
Well, no traction, but I am confined to bed for the next couple days except for some short walks up and down the hall. Yesterday and last night were pretty tough - 3 days in a row now with very little sleep. But I'm on the right path!Rimfire McNutjob wrote: I picture a guy in traction hanging upside down holding a laptop ... posting away. Looks like she already has! Yesterday when I got home my face was all swollen, two black eyes, the blood vessels in each eye were broken so the white part is all red, and I had broken blood vessels all across my face. Looks like I lost an argument with a Mac truck - or with one Mrs. YK and her frying pan!!!Rimfire McNutjob wrote: You'd better keep it to minimum ... lest your wife administer a marital beat down per doctor's orders.
Thanks everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers!!!

Re: YK's Posting Again ....
Rested in bed all day today. Still there now. Whatever they injected me for pain control while I was in the hospital has worn off completely. Oh well - I have to get through this to get better. The swelling in my face has come down, and most of the red dots have faded. Snapped this picture of my eyes though. Strange...
Thanks again all for the continued prayers!

Don't worry about the eyes - the red slowly fades away.
I was surprised when my wife told me I had red eyes like they'd been serving beer, the next day after surgery. It's the painkillers they give to you.

Kid -
Here's a photo to cheer you up. I never posted my latest levergun; a Marlin Guide Gun .45-70 with those slick-looking brass Skinner sights.
Get well, soon!
